For our Global Headquarters in **Milan**,Amplifon is looking for a talented person with a passion for technology and an interest in the HR field to support our **Global Center of Excellence Organization and Change Effectiveness team** in digital transformation initiatives. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of: - Assist in managing HR digital transformation projects, including data analysis and end user training.




- Collaborate on the definition and implementation of new processes, from gathering requirements to testing and feedback.
- Support the management of data quality and the integration of new technologies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
- Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and digital knowledge across the organization, acting as a change agent to foster HR's digital transformation. **You are the right person if you**: - Degree in human resources, economics, management engineering, or similar (or near completion).
- Strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes, with a focus on data analysis.
- Basic skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English.
