**Duties and Responsibilities**: - Supervises projects budgets, project implementation timing and final quality in retail and residential projects.
- Develops space plans; provides design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions.
- Coordinates suppliers and partners while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from project inception to completion.
- Collaborates and interacts with all the company departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications**: - Master degree in Architecture or related field (interior design)
- 5+ years of experience in job offered or related
- Fluent English knowledge
- Strong graphic and visualization skills, be capable of using 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, Sketch up, Adobe (Photoshop, Indesign) and PowerPoint, (3Dstudio max) **Skills**: - _Design_****: - _Problem Solving_****: - Able in identifying and solving problem and develop alternative solutions.
