- Your opportunity_ Stiamo attivando un percorso di formazione nel ruolo di Junior HR Business Partner all’interno nel Team HR di stabilimento. La figura ricercata supporterà a 360° le attività Risorse Umane con focus sui plant produttivi di Perarolo e Tai di Cadore (BL).
- How you will contribute_
- Contribuire ai processi di assunzione e onboarding;
- Assicurare l'aggiornamento degli organigrammi e del reporting per le diverse funzioni;
- Supportare nel costante aggiornamento del Sistema HR (Workday);
- Supportare il team HR nella gestione di tutti i processi e attività HR per le funzioni di plant rispettando le tempistiche definite e in linea con le linee guida del Gruppo Kering Eyewear;




- Collaborare con l’HRBP e con i colleghi dell'amministrazione HR gestendo e monitorando le scadenze contrattuali al fine di predisporre la relativa documentazione.
- Who you are_
- Laurea in economia o discipline affini e/o master in Risorse Umane;
- Passione per il People Management e il Fashion;
- Capacità di problem solving e di lavoro in team;
- Ascolto attivo e partnership aziendale;
- Capacità analitiche e organizzative;
- Attenzione ai dettagli e all'elaborazione dei dati;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'utilizzo di Excel e Power Point;
- Inglese scritto e parlato fluente.
