Production & Packaging | Technical / Mechanical Skills
La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its production activities and is looking for several motivated Line Operators (m/f/d) to join our production teams in Fano, Bologna, and Monteporzio, Italy.

? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor production and packaging lines
Supply machines with the required materials
Carry out basic mechanical adjustments and format changeovers
Identify and resolve minor technical issues during production
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Support smooth and efficient production processes

? YOUR PROFILE
Good technical understanding and practical mechanical skills
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation is an advantage,



but not required
Reliable, responsible, and independent working style
Willingness to work in shifts
Team-oriented and hands-on mindset
Willingness to learn and develop your technical skills
