- Predict and calculate the ROI for different business projects;
- Consult with management to guide strategic decision making within the capital investment projects;
- Prepare and analyze financial information during the development of various capital projects.
- Participate in the various financial calculation and analysis conducted by the Group finance team;
- Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;
- Responsible for investment controlling processes and reporting;
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis against budget and forecast;
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models of strategic projects;
- Produce ad hoc reports and financial analyses needed to support business decision-making; Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics or related field;
- At least 2 years work experience as a finance analyst. Expertise in financial modeling, controlling and reporting;
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent of English;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues;
- Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills;
