The Remarketing Business Operations Specialist is a key member of the Remarketing team, reporting directly to the Remarketing & Residual Value Manager . The role ensures the efficient execution of administrative, operational, and reporting activities supporting the Used Cars business. Acting as the operational point of reference within the Remarketing department, this position enables Remarketing Specialists to focus on commercial activities by ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, accurate data management, and effective business performance monitoring. The position combines operational excellence, sales administration, and business analysis, contributing to the development of an efficient, scalable, and data-driven Used Cars operation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Remarketing & Residual Value Manager in the operational management of the department. Work closely with Remarketing Specialists,



ensuring the effective coordination of operational, administrative, and reporting activities supporting Used Cars sales processes. Consolidate and analyze Remarketing data, preparing reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and support decision-making. Monitor Used Cars KPIs and provide regular analyses of business performance. Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for internal meetings and management reviews. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and information flows. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within Used Cars, Remarketing, Sales Operations, or Business Operations. Strong understanding of Used Cars commercial processes and operational workflows. Proven experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , inclu
