As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed project schedules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define resource needs and you will be responsible to drive the continuous improvement of planning tools and processes. **Work Tasks**: - Assign tasks and responsibilities within the planning team
- Ensure alignment between project milestones and company objectives
- Conduct regular planning meetings with stakeholders
- Analyze project data and provide actionable insights
- Ensure accurate data entry into project management tools **Requirements**:



- Agile Project Management knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project planning or management roles
- Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, EasyRedmine, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- Training in project management tools and risk assessment methodologies **Classification**: - Place of work: Cittaducale (RI)
