**People, Culture & Organization Department**:
Are you a brilliant** student/fresh graduate in Law, Economics or Management Engineering?** Do you speak **fluent Italian, English and possibly German**? Do you have good organizational and communication skills? Are you eager to learn? We are looking for **brilliant students/fresh graduates**with a strong passion for the **Automotive** sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month** Internship**in a **dynamic** and **international** context based in our People, Culture & Organization Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters. The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in: - Employee life-cycle activities (in administrative, contractual, training fields)
- Management of temporary workers
- Recruiting ativites
- HR strategic projects
- Operative activities related to the management of HR tasks
- HR process management In order to meet these targets, you will need: - Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
- Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a master’s degree in Law, Economics or Management Engineering
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proactive attitude
- Team working Availability from February 2025.
