We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team in our hotel in Como Receptionist responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates, amenities and the area. Selling and managing groups bookings, individual bookings and rates. **Responsibilities**:
**-**Welcome guests upon their arrival
**-**Perform check-in and check-out tasks
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card details
- Register all necessary information
- Provide information about our hotel, rooms, rates and all amenities
- Manage phone and online reservations
- Upsell additional facilities and services (Shop and Breakfast) and maintain cleanliness of reception areas. **Requirements and skills**: - Customer service skills
- Flexibility to work mornings and evenings
- Relevant experience in customer service-hotels
- Excellent communication and organization skills




- First aider and fire controller qualification highly appreciated
- Multitasking and problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (excel-word)
- English is mandatory, German, Spanish and any other language is a plus We offer regular national contract.
Level based on experience. Contratto di lavoro: Part-time Retribuzione: €1.100,00 - €1.550,00 al mese Ore previste: 24 - 40 a settimana Disponibilità: - Straordinari
