La risorsa, inserita all’interno del team Payments, avrà l’possibilità di vivere un’esperienza all’interno dell’area Operations e conoscere le principali attività di back office relative ai servizi di pagamento. In particolare, la risorsa avrà modo di approfondire ed avere una visione completa sui Sistemi di Pagamento, conoscere le caratteristiche dei prodotti offerti dalla Banca soprattutto alla clientela Retail, seguire sia la stesura che la revisione dei manuali operativi/procedure bancarie, di partecipare all’implementazione o al miglioramento dei processi anche per gli aspetti contabili.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**La risorsa supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività**:
Gestione del regolamento dei servizi offerti come pagamenti SCT, SDD, Assegni, ecc.
Revisione dei manuali operativi relativi alle procedure
Partecipa all’implementazione o al miglioramento dei processi dell’Area
Lavoro in costante rispetto delle policy della Banca
Supporto nell’analisi delle transazioni più rilevanti
Supporto nell’elaborazione di report riepilogativi dei dati richiesti da altre aree
Supporto nella gestione rapporti con funzioni di secondo livello
Supporto recupero dati per indicatori di rischio
Supporto attività di monitoraggio fornitore
Supporto analisi eventi di rischio e sua chiusura **Requirements**:
Laurea in discipline economiche o simili
Buone conoscenze informatiche - Ms Office, in particolar eutilizzo di Excel
Precisione, puntualità e attenzione al dettaglio
Buone capacità comunicative
Flessibilità e adattabilità
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Esperienze precedenti nell’ambito saranno considerate un plus
