As our Enologist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our vineyards and winery operations. Collaborating with consulting experts Antonio (enologo) and Federico (agronomo), you'll drive excellence through precision, cleanliness, and unwavering diligence. This hands-on position requires expertise across all facets of winemaking, from meticulous vineyard management to bottling. Expect to be involved in practical work, including operating tractors. We seek a proactive, entrepreneurial team player who embodies our passion for achieving #1 Winery status in Maremma. At VALDONICA, professionalism thrives alongside a positive team spirit. You'll work closely with the Growth & Profit Manager and the winery owner. This role offers significant advancement potential, with the opportunity to become the leading winemaker in Toscana within 3-5 years. Key Responsibilities: - Winery Management:



Enhance vineyard quality and optimize winemaking processes.
- Limited Edition Wines: Elevate our Limited Edition wines to consistently achieve 95+ ratings.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure optimal care and cleanliness of all facilities and equipment.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the Growth & Profitability Manager to define and exceed budget targets.
- Sales Support: Assist in presenting and promoting our wines.
- Talent Development: Mentor and train emerging winemaking talent.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team environment, balancing professionalism with a positive, collaborative spirit. Qualifications: - Minimum three years of continuous, proven experience in a winery, encompassing both vineyard and cellar work.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a drive to achieve excellence.
- A degree in winemaking is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
