The HARDWARE-FIRMMWARE ELECTRONIC DESIGNER will handle the entire product development cycle: from the specification phase to hardware design, taking care of all industrialization and testing issues in compliance with industry regulations. **Required Skills/Knowledge**
Passion for electronics.
Knowledge of mixed electronic circuits with operational amplifiers, comparators, BJT, MOSFET, digital components etc.




Familiarity with the use of at least one analog simulation tool
Familiarity with the use of at least one schematic entry tool Familiarity with the use of at least one PCB design tool
Willingness to travel
Familiarity with basic laboratory instrumentation (power supplies, multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generators, etc.)
Knowledge of digital circuit design principles
Microcontroller programming
FPGA design using VHDL language **Education/Qualifications** Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background.
3 to 5 years of Experience in electronic design according to EN50155 standard **Languages** Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken). At Hitachi Rail, there is a place for everyone.
