**Perché abbiamo bisogno di te?** Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solutions -**a key player in high-performance polymer and metal sealing solutions for industries like **Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Space, Automotive, and Life Sciences** - is looking for an **Internal Sales Specialist** (1 year fixed term contract) to join our commercial team and strengthen our presence in the Italian market.
**Questa offerta fa per te?** What You’ll Do**: - Manage and maintain the customer database
- Oversee basic administrative and accounting tasks (supplier records, small purchases, payment tracking, invoicing) in collaboration with our external accounting service
- Handle commercial back-office activities and provide top-notch customer support
Process and manage sales orders in the system
- Coordinate order fulfillment, working closely with production sites, logistics, and final delivery to customers
- Manage the initial phase of product complaints and claims
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of internal sales processes, working within an international team **What We’re Looking For**: - **Education**: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: Even a short experience in customer service or administration is a plus
- **Tech Skills**:
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QAD) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a plus
- **Languages**: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
