Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity The position supports the deployment of the Honeywell Manufacturing eXcellence (HMX) activities and initiatives across the relevant business group. The position is a key leadership role that leads the change management and continuous improvement processes for the site leadership team as well all other levels of the organization. **Key Responsibilities**
- Program Management of the deployment of the Honeywell Manufacturing eXcellence (HMX) at the site.
- Prepares project plans, leads deployment activities and tracks the progress of the entire site through the HMX implementation framework
- Own improvement plans covering HMX element such as tiered accountability, skills matrix, 5S, kaizen culture, problem solving
- Creates and monitors maturity scorecards and works with leaders to develop actions to lead the site through the HMX maturity phases.
- Host kaizen events as requested by leadership team
- Helps lead the Site HMX Steering Team, which sets the strategic plan and monitors the overall progress of the site through the standard implementation framework
- Coaches and mentors all site ISC leaders about HMX principle
- Meets with leadership team, both individually and as a group,
to develop HMX and lean knowledge and and deploy this information to the entire site
- Leads and facilitates site communication, education and training
- Serves as a change agent with the plant leadership team and plant employees
- Effectively engages hourly and salaried employees in improvement events.
- Supports daily continuous improvement throughout and following full scale deployment. **Education level and/or relevant experience(s)**
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree or similar level of professional experience
- 5 years cross functional ISC experience with a focus on process improvements **Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)**
- Must have proven experience with the Toyota Production System; the ability to develop strategies, translate them into actionable plans and drive change through influence; excellent program management skills; and excellent teaming and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in Italian and English **Other Requirements**
