**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**: - Vocational training at a higher level, in a relevant discipline, leading to a professional qualification or equivalent combination of appropriate national qualifications and experience in Supply or Logistics Management, Warehousing, or Chain Management
- Knowledge of NATO Logistics Regulations
- Practical experience in the use of PC based NATO resource management tools
- Knowledge of the Italian Law in terms of ROS And Disposal of items
- Usage of Windows tools (excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Usage of EBA and Cable solve tools **DUTIES/ROLE**: - Works with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) basic processes and operations
- Maintains item and inventory management records
- Helps minimize bottlenecks and delays and the resulting impact on operating costs
- Uses real-time inventory software, with guidance, to move supplies where needed, when needed
- Assists in resolving issues related to physical space management. Inventory Management - GCF
- Performs the receiving, ticketing, checking in and distributing of inventory items for a specific location
- Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile the inventory balances
- Tracks inventory information for a specific product group or location
- Works with basic tasks of inventory management for a specific location
- Follows processes to take stock, release inventory or return into processing; resolves discrepancies. Logistics Management - GCF
- Uses tools, with guidance, to forecast delivery times, determine costs and assess performance
- Works with logistics in a domestic environment
- Maintains records of all shipments and invoices using an established system
- Assists in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity

- Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain
- Participates in supply chain analysis and uses it to spot trends and improvement opportunities
- Discusses considerations for integrating partner and supplier transactions
