My client is a leader in the private jet aviation sector and, thanks to global expansion, is opening its first office in Italy. It currently has 35 offices worldwide and continues to grow its presence. For their new headquarters in Milan, they are looking for a:
**ROLE: JUNIOR TALENT ACQUISITION**
**SALARY: BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE**
**LOCATION: SAN DONATO MILANESE (MI)**
**CONTRACT: FIXED TERM**:
**DUTIES**: - Continuous interaction with managers and other departments to define the necessary requirements.
- Writing and posting job descriptions
- Active search for profiles through different recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). **REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or specialization in Human Resources
- Fluently knowledge of Italian and English Languages.
- Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with Office software packages.
- Previous experience of working in either aviation or the recruitment industry is an advantage.
