As a Mobile Experience Specialist, you will focus on improving the customer experience across our mobile apps, rolling out new features and optimising existing customer journeys.
You will be part of a great, young and passionate team and you will be in contact with our business units across Europe to ensure the delivery of the best mobile experience.
Expect to work in a cool, informal and international environment. We work hard, make great things, have a lot of fun! **A typical day in this role includes**: - Using feedback sources to monitor how customers are interacting with our apps to identify pain points and areas of opportunity
- Analysing data such as funnels to understand how different areas of the app are performing
- Preparing proposals for new ideas to improve the customer experience, using your knowledge of our apps, our competitors’ apps, and apps in general
- Designing new mobile experiences with supporting documentation,
working alongside Business Analysts and UX Designers
- Helping the wider app development team to deliver changes
- Contributing to the marketing and strategic analysis for the positioning of our apps
- Working with stakeholders across Europe who also want to see our apps succeed **This role would be a good fit for you if**: - You can put yourself into the shoes of the user

- You live digital and understand how technology works, even if you’re not a technical person **What you’ll need**: - Degree in Management Engineering or Economy disciplines (digital and IT exams preferred)
- 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner / Project Manager / eCommerce Trading role or similar
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred
- Fluent English and Italian
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
