This is a strategic opportunity to join a dynamic, large-scale industrial environment. We offer an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company. Compensation: RAL ?34-35K, CCNL Metalworking Industry Workplace: Florence Lavoro da remoto: Hybrid model available after the initial on boarding and training phase. Responsabilit Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will support Project Management activities, including: Managing and maintaining project-related administrative documentation?, Supporting invoicing and billing processes?, Coordinating document management activities across different business functions?, Requesting and managing bank guarantees required to ensure compliance with contractual obligations?, Providing administrative support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle?,



Preparing administrative and financial reports?, Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project information?, Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project progress reports and related documentation?. Functie-eisen Requirements ?Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field?, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite?, Previous experience with SAP and/or Oracle is preferred but not essential?, Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization?, Strong attention to detail and accuracy?, Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
