- Manage a team of artisans to ensure high-quality handcrafted products are produced using traditional techniques with precision and attention to detail.




- Implement strategies to minimize waste by reimagining materials for new designs, ensuring environmentally responsible production.
- Oversee rigorous training programs to help artisans master techniques and evolve craftsmanship skills.
- Balance traditional methods with innovative approaches to develop new products while preserving heritage.
- Ensure adherence to stringent quality standards with no room for imperfections.
- Work closely with master trainers and other team members to refine skills and ensure product excellence. **Who You Are**
- Proven background in managing luxury artisanal crafts teams (leatherworking, embroidery, weaving, engraving, etc.).
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance.
- Ability to enforce strict quality standards.
- Passion for traditional techniques, sustainability, and excellence.
- Ability to balance tradition with innovation and creativity.
- Willingness to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
