**Join Disney Cruise Line as Head Waiter/Waitress/Chef de Rang at Palo** Looking to grow your hospitality career? Disney Cruise Line is offering a unique opportunity to join its world-class fine dining Italian restaurant in September of 2025. This is not a seasonal role—it is a chance to build a long-term career with a globally recognized company. Starting in September 2025, you could be working on a ship sailing through Florida, the Bahamas, Mexico, and the Caribbean, and be part of Halloween or Xmas celebrations. We are currently recruiting experienced professionals for the position of Head Waiter/Waitress/Chef de Rang at Palo, Disney Cruise Line’s adults-only fine dining restaurant offering elevated Italian cuisine. Located on all five ships in the fleet, Palo is an elegant venue that accommodates up to 150 guests, serving dinner daily and brunch two to three times per week. As an à la carte restaurant not included in the standard cruise package, Palo promises an exceptional culinary experience—one where guests expect personalized, attentive service and are encouraged to linger and enjoy. In this role, you’ll operate independently, managing a section of approximately 15 guests. Your focus will be on delivering seamless service, coordinating with the kitchen for perfect timing, and ensuring every plate reaches the correct guest with care.



You’ll work closely with the sommelier and under the guidance of the restaurant manager to exceed expectations and deliver memorable dining moments.
- You have **at least 2 years of recent full-time experience** as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang **in a fine dining setting**: - You have solid knowledge of **European cuisine and wine**, and know how to present and upsell wine with confidence
- You take pride in offering warm, personal service and thrive in a guest-focused, high-end environment
- 6 months contracts (renewable)
- A salary based on your results - on average $4500 per month
