**Position**:
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Director Europe and Middle East, the Visual Merchandiser is responsible of Windows, Pop-ups and Events projects development and execution across Europe and Middle East Region. **Job responsibilities**: - Oversee and manage off-site and pop up projects development and execution. Key activities include but are not limited to landlord meeting, venue survey, space monitoring, aesthetic input, technical renders, material proposal for cost control, bidding, quality control, on site setup.
- Cooperate with all level departments (Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and Market's VMs) and parties (Landlord, Contractor, Vendors) on projects execution.
- Work with and provide support to market's VMs on VM project's development and implementation.
- Defining collection to be displayed tin the windows together with Merchandisers and the VM Director.
- Deliver guidelines to the VM team.
- Support key stores (flagship, top stores) for the installation of new windows concept and in store rotations.
- Control, update, monitor and manage VM projects budget, evaluating all VM vendor partnership.
- Manage content of ADV Campaign for selected stores. **Profile**: - At least 5 years-experience in project management and cost analysis, with exposure to fashion / luxury retail industry
- Graphics and Design studies will be considered a plus
- Strong aesthetic sense and great attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of materials such as fabrics, wood, metals, and plastic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly accurate and organized
- Able to multi-task and used to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Excellent computer skills required (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Autocad **_FENDI _**
