What you will do He/She will be managing or supporting the following activities:
- Coordination of a team up to 4 people depending on the seniority (minimum 2)- Daily cash management coordination of the team members- Risk management - long term strategy on FX and commodity- Risk management - daily/monthly reporting, MTM, accounting, settlement, hedge accounting, including budgeting and FX budget rates- Risk management - FX and commodity hedging strategy implementation through orders, forward, options, collar- Risk management software implementation & daily management- Support to the short and medium term cash forecasting: monthly forecast for Group payments and ITCY transactions, coordination of subsidiaries’ needs- Management of the banking loan withdraws and interest.- Taking care of the existing Factoring programs (database and analysis)
and onboarding / setup of new ones- Coordination of Internal and External Auditors, Central and Regional Accounting for Treasury accounting requests linked to financial statements and monthly closured- Day by day relationship with the financial institutions/banks- Negotiation of Short Term, Medium-Long Term credit lines, negotiation of drawdown- Cash flow forecasting support, including short term and medium long term finance plans; interest charges/FX positions & impact forecasting and budgeting What you need to succeed Must have
- Education: _Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred (experience)
- Professional experience:_ minimum of 7-8 years relevant work experience
- Technical Skills:_
- experience with TMS (Piteco) and ERP (SAP)
- excel fluency
- experience with Bloomberg tools (or equivalent), including Excel-linked formulas is a must
- experience with a risk management tool such as Myrios is a strong plus
- IT oriented, experiences with Swift/File Act could be a plus
