We believe that diversity in our workforce leads to innovation, creativity, and better business outcomes. **Partner with the best** As part of Maintenance Team, you will be supporting for maintenance activities on the working machines and shop fixtures contributing to analyze cause of malfunctions, failure modes and repetitive issues on the working machines.
Operating inside consolidated Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for: - Coordinating the installation of new machinesplant as part of Plant & Equipment development plan, managing contractorsvendors and ensuring all Regulatory and Health, Safety, Environment requirements are met
- Taking care and formalize maintenance plans and their optimization for new assets as per OEMs recommendations
- Manage spare parts inventory and supporting to replacement parts procurement process.
- Supporting in analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.
- Liaising with engineering and production colleagues support the operational team in dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Understanding PLCs logics.



**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or have an equivalent high school / college diploma/ GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing/Maintenance).
- Have proven experience in a similar role, ideally leading a small team.
- Ability of reading equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID;, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults.
- Ability to use digital systems as ERPs or software for warehouse management
- Focused on Health and Safety aspects
