For our Client Company, a long-established international leader in the food industry. We are looking for a:
**ICT Business Partner - SAP** **Objective of the role** **Key responsibilities**
- Knowledge and understanding of the following end-to-end business processes: production, co-packing/co-manufacturing, supply chain, production scheduling, quality management.
- Lead the Projects & system enhancements, coordinating implementation of new functions & features
- Coordinate with global teams, internal teams, business users and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor work progress, identifying risks and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value.
- Communicate regularly with various stakeholders and with the internal team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in this area.
- Lead the requirements' definition and convert requirements into necessary functional documentation.
- Support testing processes (unit and integration test).
- Support Process Owner and Key User in the change process.
- Provide support to our business regarding strategies and roadmap planning. **Qualifications and competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology
- 10 years of experience or 2 full implementation cycles in the S/4 modules listed below (or ECC equivalent):
S/4 HANA Manufacturing and IBP or ECC Equivalent S/4 HANA Quality Management or ECC Equivalent
- Experience with Integration in the area like MES, SAP EWM etc.
- Extensive and strong experience with project management
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering value to Lindt business
