We are looking for a Commis de rang a to join our team.
**Main duties & responsibilities**: - Guest Needs Support: Assist in anticipating guest needs and handling complaints to help provide an excellent and personalized experience.
- Food and Beverage Service Support: Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and beautifully presented.
- Bar Offer Personalization Support: Contribute to personalizing the restaurant offer.
- Guest Relations: Assist in establishing good relationships with guests, supporting the handling of requests and inquiries.
- Quality Standards: Help ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
- Coordination Support: Support the coordination and monitoring of assigned Commis de Rang. **Requirements**: - Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
- Previous professional experience in a similar role,
also with school internships
- References
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English

- Start date: June 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
- Monthly gross salary around € 1.500, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
