Sales Representative

Represents the Company with respect to promotion and sales of footwear to a variety of customers within a defined geographical area.
- Develops, in coordination with the Sales Manager, a sales plan (by brand, account and product) for the territory.
- Coordinates with the Sales Manager the most efficient coverage pattern for the territory as well as call frequency on major accounts; travels throughout assigned territory to solicit orders.
- Displays or demonstrates products, using samples or catalogs and emphasizes salable features.
- Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of the company’s production and delivery schedules.
- Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports, highlighting sales performance information by account, identifying opportunities/key issues within the territory.
- Performs duties consistent with the company’s GTM/PDM goals and policies.
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
