**Location: Venezia Tessera** **Summary**: Join our dynamic team at UPS in Venezia Tessera as a tempo parziale Air Ramp Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the loading and unloading activities of B767 aircraft, ensuring compliance with company manuals and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time departures and quality standards. You will coordinate with vendor ground handling teams, ensuring the right number of resources and high service quality. A strong emphasis on safety and compliance is essential, as well as participating in self-audits and managing operations with a cost-saving approach. **Responsibilities**: - Supervise the loading and unloading activities of B767 aircraft.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, including on-time departures and compliance with company manuals.
- Coordinate with vendor ground handling teams,



ensuring adequate resources and high service quality.
- Maintain a strong safety attitude and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Participate in self-audits to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage operations with a focus on cost savings and optimizations. **Qualifications**: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a smart approach to challenges.
- Fluent in English.
- Compliance with IATA standards and regulations.
- Preferred certifications for handling Dangerous Goods.
- Preferred certifications A9 and A13 related to airside access.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but is not a limitation.
- Minimum high school diploma or above. **Working Hours**:
Two weeks rotation (2 in AM shift 2 in PM Shift)
- ** AM Shift**: - Monday: 03:00 - 09:00
- Tuesday to Friday: 04:00 - 10:00
- ** PM Shift**: - Monday to Thursday: 17:30 - 23:20
