At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio.
We are seeking an experienced **Accounting Manager** to join one of our **clients**—an innovative engineering software company based in **Italy,** developing disruptive technologies for the monitoring and predictive maintenance of infrastructure **Key Responsibilities**: - Closely monitoring and recording incoming and outgoing invoices and bank movements.
- Handling monthly VAT closures, quarterly and annual VAT returns, and/or communications.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual active and passive cash flow reports.
- Developing a budgeting and management control system that aligns with the reporting needs of the Functional Departments.
- Carefully monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and developing detailed management reports.
- Building a strong relationship with lending institutions.



- Preparing financial statements under the supervision of the appointed accounting firm.
- Setting up business performance documentation consistent with accounting, statutory, and tax regulations.
- Handling a variety of financial reporting tasks, including invoicing and payrolls.
- Master's degree in the finance or business field, MBA, or equivalent degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and administrative activities
- Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting and national accounting standards
- Proven experience in budget drafting and financial management
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Flexibility and proactivity in handling tasks and projects
