**Travel Design Role with Southern Visions** **PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES** **Travel Design** Creation of tailor-made itineraries for luxury, experiential travel in Southern Italy for travel agents, direct clients and partner DMCs. Clients are 90% English-speaking, principally from North America and Australia. Travel Design role will include
- Pricing;
- Reservation of key services with suppliers
- Production of detailed itinerary with images;
- All correspondence with agents
- Coordination of client documents to agents;
- Emission of client invoices and registration of payments using our management software **Operations & Logistic Management**
- Assignment of services to our internal team and external suppliers, in particular to: guides, drivers, wineries, mills & restaurants. Includes communication of individual client profile to suppliers and guides;
- Hotel reservations including management of options, client profile, room categories, arrival times and internal communication of payment dates;
**Contracts**
- Some negotiation of hotel and supplier contracts
- Implementation of new contracts into our software system **Training** In order to fully perform this role,



training will be provided on our procedures and services, including but not limited to: - Our experiences in the field including visits to key wineries, boat suppliers, mills, farms and hotels
- Familiarization with our bike fleet and cycling product to understand what product to offer to clients and what operational implications exist for any reservations with a cycling element
- Familiarization of existing contract with suppliers and guides
- Training on our internal systems **Office Presence in Polignano a Mare**
- Office Presence is requested from Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday a month **Holidays** Holidays are generally not permitted in May, June, the first three weeks of July, September & October. Holidays are encouraged in the months of August, Nov and Dec and all statutory leave must be taken in the appropriate year. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
