Location: Chinese Restaurant Peking Address: Coevorderweg 49, 7776 AD Slagharen, The Netherlands Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week) About Us Chinese Restaurant Peking in Slagharen is a restaurant where hospitality and a passion for great food come together. We specialize in authentic Chinese cuisine and strive to provide our guests with an excellent dining experience. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and independent cook. What Will You Do? * Independently prepare dishes according to our menu. * Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations. * Work closely with colleagues and provide support during busy periods. * Manage and monitor inventory and stock orders. * Prepare ingredients and perform mise-en-place duties. * Apply fundamental and professional cooking techniques. * Contribute ideas for menu development, recipe improvements, and preparation methods. * Take responsibility for inventory management and ordering supplies. * Provide technical guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants.
