We are looking for a**:Planning & Control Specialist** **Site**:Venegono Superiore (VA) / Pomigliano D’Arco (NA) **Responsabilities**:
This role requires basic knowledge of Project Management and cost control. Good communication abilities and a strong inclination for teamwork are also essential. **Main Activities**: - controlling and managing the Unit's budget and actuals;
- coordinating, integration and controlling activity and program schedules;
- contributing to the definition, coordination, and monitoring of key performance indicators (Earned Value) and Key Program Milestones;
- supporting and coordinating Supplier Management; **Main Outputs**
- Unit Budget Development
- Development of Actuals Reports




- Integration and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (Earned Value)
- Integrated Schedule
- Workload verification and reporting **Main Interfaces**
- This role requires interfacing with the Unit's technical specialists as well as other Engineering Functions and the Purchasing Department. **Education**:Bachelor Degree in Management Engineering. **Seniority**: Junior **Requirements**: - Experience with MS Project
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in managing activities is a plus **Attitudes**: - Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to interface with different stakeholders
