- We are looking for a dedicated Regulatory Assistant to join our EMEA-APAC Regulatory Affairs team. This role is focused on supporting the compliance efforts related to: - Chemical regulations (REACH and CLP)
- Fertilizing product regulations (EU and extra EU markets) **Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:
**REACH Compliance Support**: - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that product safety data sheets (SDS) are compliant with REACH requirements.
- Maintain and update raw material database and product safety data sheets (SDS).
- Support the evaluation and management of any regulatory updates affecting REACH. **CLP Compliance Support**: - Assist in the classification, labeling, and packaging of products according to the CLP regulation.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of CLP Poison Centres Notification to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA)



submission portal.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets the requirements of CLP and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of registration dossiers for fertilizer products in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Ensure that all regulatory files are well-organized and maintained in compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., product formulations, safety data sheets, labels) is complete and accurate for submission to regulatory authorities.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: - Work closely with innovation, sales, safety, and legal teams to ensure all regulatory obligations are met for chemical products.
- Support the team in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of national and international fertilizer regulations and requirements.
- Assist in preparing regulatory communication to customers and stakeholders. **Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills**: - ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Previous experience (1-2 years) in a regulatory or compliance role. **Skills**:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
