If so, we’d love to hear from you! **Your Main Responsibilities**
- Lead the overall kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a multicultural team of culinary professionals, promoting a collaborative and respectful kitchen culture.
- Curate and evolve menus that celebrate Venetian and Italian culinary traditions while embracing modern trends and seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with the F&B; Manager on new offerings, special events, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement while minimizing waste and ensuring sustainable practices.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety,
and workplace safety accordingly to Italian laws and Hyatt brand policies. **Qualifications**:
