Lungarno Collection is pleased to share the opportunity for a talented Commis de Rang to be part of the Borgo San Jacopo team. Our research is aimed at professionals with the innate ability to be impeccable "hosts", to offer excellent service, combining spontaneity and personalization.
Situated along the banks of the Arno River, with an exclusive view of Ponte Vecchio, Borgo San Jacopo (1 MICHELIN Star) stands as a beacon of Italian haute cuisine. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Claudio Mengoni, the restaurant offers a cuisine that is distinguished by its purity and authenticity, embodying a culinary philosophy where creativity and precision coexist in perfect harmony.
The Commis de Rang will be working 25 hours per week, from 7 pm till 12 am. His/her rest days will be on Mondays and Tuesdays, accordingly to the weekly Restaurant closing days. **Requirements**: - Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards is considered a plus
- Knowledge of Italian, fluency in English
- Knowledge of the F&B; software (Micros)
