We’re now looking for a **Business Controller** to join our Finance team in Region South (Italy). - Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting,
or business administration; experience in B2B sales organizations is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (intermediate) and Microsoft 365 (advanced).
- Solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively. **What You Will Do**: - Prepare and actively participate in monthly and annual management reporting.
- Perform monthly follow-up on business performance.
- Provide profitability analysis across product lines, segments, products, and customers.
- Control costs and search for optimization possibilities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with functional areas.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization projects.
