Vacancy: Independent Chef (Asian Cuisine &, Sushi) Location: I LOVE SUSHI Amsterdam Zuid-Oost Employment: Full-time (38 hours/week) About Us I LOVE SUSHI is an Asian restaurant in Amsterdam specializing in fresh sushi and authentic Asian cuisine. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Independent cook to join our team. Responsibilities? * Prepare dishes independently according to our menu. * Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations. * Work closely with colleagues and support the team during busy periods. * Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies. * Supervise and guide kitchen assistants. * Prepare ingredients and mise en place. * Apply professional cooking techniques. * Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements. * Take responsibility for stock control and kitchen organization. We Offer? * A 2-year temporary employment contract. * 38-hour working week.
