Your key tasks will be: - Provide diagnostic support
- Analyze and understand technical issues and provide relevant recommendations
- Offer explanations and insights on diagnostic procedures and the technical literature published by the Client
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups

- Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction **Qualifications**
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Technical Helpdesk Agent has: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Fluent level of English
- Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
