**About the Internship** Are you passionate about engineering and eager to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment? Join our team at the Bari Plant and support the implementation of a new working tool based on electronic system control within the QMM department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the dynamics of quality management in a high-tech industrial setting. You will be involved in monitoring activities, data analysis, document management, and support during machine release and capability studies. **Your Responsibilities**
- Develop a new structure based on **Electronic Layer Process Confirmation (eLPC)**.
- Create control plans for each station and/or value stream across different working levels.
- Act as a liaison between QMM departments across various Bosch plants regarding eLPC topics.
- Support machine release activities in collaboration with technical quality and safety teams. **Qualifications** Your Profile** **Education** **Experience & Know-how**
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel. ️ **Languages**
- Fluent in Italian
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level) **Soft Skills**
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
