**ROLE SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Support the classroom teacher in delivering a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum.
- Assist with the preparation of learning environments, materials, and resources.




- Supervise and engage with children during class activities, outdoor play, and transitions.
- Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
- Contribute to the wellbeing, safety, and pastoral needs of all students.
- Support the documentation of learning when required.
- Participate in relevant meetings, planning sessions, and professional development.
- **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**: Experience working with children aged 2-5 in an early years educational setting.
- A child-centred approach, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good level of English (the working language of the school).
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
- A positive, flexible, and collaborative approach to supporting young learners.
** Desirable**Experience in an international school or IB PYP Early Years environment.
- Early Years qualifications or childcare certifications.
