**PGS Group** has been active in the wood packaging industry for 30 years. Due to further expansion we are looking for a Customer Service Officer. **What tasks will you perform?**
- Entering customer orders into ERP software for the various PGS sites.
- Follow up orders with the production team to ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with different internal departments such as Sales, Production and Logistics.
- Checking quotations and processing them in our ERP package.
- Update prices to maintain up-to-date pricing information.
- Registration and follow-up of non-conformities.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales department.
- Proactively manage and develop sales with existing customers.
- Actively research and approach new potential clients.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers with questions about deliveries, rush orders and other matters.
- Following up on customers/telephone contacts.
- Coordinate transport planning in consultation with the logistics department.
- Monitoring delivery times at carriers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Supporting and contributing to the sustainable business values of the organization. **Who are we looking for?**
- In possession of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent by experience.
- You speak and write fluently in Italian, English and/or French. Knowledge of German is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You have strong analytical insight and organizational talent.
- Thinks problem-solving with a commercial flair.
