Functieomschrijving Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a R&, D Deployment Scientist. The will work within the Skin Health Infant Product Development team as part of an end-to-end R&, D Deployment organization to support the deployment of products for the EMEA region. Work site: Pomezia Contract duration: 12 months Responsabilit Key Responsibilities Execute PD activities in Innovation/Renovation/Compliance projects Build babies and kids cosmetic formulation and chemical science knowledge Develop technical expertise in product design/formulation and processing awareness Participate in technical projects work, including scale-up activities and analysis with hands-on involvement Participate in cross-functional project team discussions defining and coordinating deliverables (e.g.:R&, D, Business and Supply Chain) and to define project timing and risk management Optimize formulated ingredients to meet business objectives Accurately document experimental procedures, data, results,
and case report forms to maintain comprehensive records and ensure data integrity. Develop, update, and apply scientific protocols, test methods, and standard operating procedures to optimize experimental and deployment approaches. Prepare scientific illustrations, diagrams, presentations to effectively communicate findings and data analysis at internal meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborative troubleshooting Support the execution of Raw Material and Product testing, Formulations batches, samples making, once required by the projects activities Use of internal digital tools and systems for rigorous documentation tracking, approval and maintenance Functie-eisen Qualifications and skills Degree in Chemistry, Industrial chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical/materials engineering, Biotechnology or similar. Demonstrated learning agility and quick-thinking skills Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
