About the Role: As General Manager of The Arbour, you will take overall responsibility for the successful day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring consistently high standards across service, operations,
guest experience and team performance. You will lead and support the management team, oversee staffing and development, monitor sales and costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing standards. Working closely with the wider Lifestyle Group, you will help implement new initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement and foster a positive, collaborative culture within the venue. You will lead by example, ensuring The Arbour delivers an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. Our ideal candidate embodies our values and brings: - A genuine love for culinary experiences &, a passion for hospitality leadership. - Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality operation, ideally in a senior management role. - A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team. - Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences. -
