You'll be part of the Data Management Product Team, where you'll play a key role in accelerating adoption of Ørsted’s Enterprise Data Catalogue platform. Our platform is a strategic enabler for scaling data-driven decision-making, analytics, AI, and self-service data consumption across the organisation. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, engineers, architects, and leadership teams across Ørsted to identify, onboard, and govern new data products.

A significant part of your success will be your ability to engage stakeholders across the business, help them understand the value of data as a strategic business asset, and guide them through the onboarding and governance journey of their data products.

You'll play an important role in:

- driving adoption of Ørsted’s Enterprise Data Catalogue platform by partnering with business domains to identify, onboard, and govern new data products that support analytics, AI, and business growth
- establishing and evolving data governance frameworks, policies, and controls that enable trusted and scalable use of data across the organization
- facilitating data product onboarding, governance workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring ownership, metadata, quality standards, and governance are embedded from the start
- driving metadata management, data cataloguing, business taxonomy, and governance practices that improve discoverability, interoperability, and reuse of data assets
- defining and monitoring data quality standards and performance metrics that drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across data domains
