This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of TV & Direct Response Media based in Italy.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for building television into a scalable, measurable customer acquisition engine.
You will own TV strategy, media buying, negotiations, creative direction, attribution, and the associated budget and P&L.;
The role focuses on direct-response performance rather than brand marketing, with success measured through leads, customer acquisition costs, and closed transactions.
You will deploy a substantial media portfolio spanning national Spanish-language TV, local broadcast, DRTV, CTV, and selected offline channels.
Working closely with digital marketing and sales leaders, you will create a unified acquisition funnel and optimize the handoff from TV-generated demand to conversion.

Accountabilities
- Own the television acquisition strategy, media budget, and P&L;, allocating spend across networks, stations, dayparts, and channels against cost-per-lead and cost-per-closed-transaction targets.
- Deploy and optimize national Spanish-language TV, local broadcast news, DRTV, CTV, DOOH, cinema, and other relevant offline media across concentrated metropolitan markets.
- Develop trigger-based campaigns targeting homeowners experiencing major financial or life events, including divorce, debt, retirement, and the need for business capital.
- Personally negotiate with television networks and station groups on rates, dayparts, adjacencies, make-goods, delivery, and contractual remedies.
- Monitor post-logs and delivery
