The role has a strong analytical and operational focus, with growing eposure to cross‑functional projects and senior stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
Business & Financial Analysis- Support the development of business cases and economic analyses related to the affluent segment, including data collection, modeling, and preparation of analytical outputs.Financial Advisors Performance Monitoring- Analyze key performance indicators of the Financial Advisors network, prepare periodic reports and dashboards, and identify trends and performance insights.Incentive Schemes Support- Assist in the analysis and monitoring of incentive schemes, supporting effectiveness assessments and basic financial simulations.Project Support- Support the eecution of cross‑functional projects within the Investments & Wealth area, contributing to task coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.Senior Financial Advisors Onboarding (Support)- Assist in onboarding activities for Senior Financial Advisors,
ensuring operational readiness and alignment with the affluent strategy.Stakeholder Materials- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders and management meetings.**Skills & Competencies**- 2-4 years of eperience in banking, wealth management, consulting, business analysis, or related fields-
