What you’ll do: - Lead and support key activities related to the Cross Modules, ensuring alignment with business priorities.- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing effective solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, initiatives or governance activities across multiple markets.- Monitor performance, KPIs or compliance areas, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.- Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to business reviews, audits or decision-making forums.- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.- Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards. What you’ll bring: - Experience in software architecture, technology governance, or enterprise system design, preferably within large-scale transactional or gaming platforms.- Excellent knowledge of Web Solutions, including front-end and back-end integrations across complex infrastructures.- You know how to define architectural blueprints and governance models that ensure scalability, consistency, and compliance across multiple domains.- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and modern software paradigms such as microservices.- Strong leadership and communication skills,



with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions at all organizational levels.- Knowledge of the Open Web technologies, the Spring Boot framework and Container Orchestration using Kubernetes.- Ability to translate business vision into architectural principles, setting clear guidelines for design, integration, and delivery across the entire platform.- Holistic approach to the deployment in production of the solutions developed by the dev team.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
