We are seeking an experienced and highly organized General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth execution of all tours and services. This role is central to the company’s success, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the Italian tour operations landscape. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee daily scheduling of tours, guides, and logistics
- Coordinate ticketing operations, including reservations, confirmations, and supplier communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues and resolve problems efficiently in real-time
- Supervise, train, and support staff, including guides and office personnel
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Maintain relationships with vendors, partners,
and local service providers
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and guest experience **Requirements**: - Previous experience working with an Italian tour operator (required)
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in tourism or hospitality
- Fluent in English; baseline (working proficiency) in Italian required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Familiarity with booking systems and scheduling tools is a plus **What We Offer**
