**Housekeeping Supervisor (M/F/d) - 100%** **Location: Switzerland - Luxury 5-star hotel resort**
**Salary: CHF 55,000 - 65,000 + 13th salary + benefits** **About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on **Housekeeping Supervisor** to support the daily operations of the housekeeping department within a luxury 5-star environment. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort are consistently delivered across rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Supervision**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations (rooms and public areas)
- Inspect guest rooms and suites to ensure 5-star luxury standards are met
- Allocate daily tasks and manage room assignments for attendants
- Ensure efficient turnaround of rooms in line with occupancy and arrivals **Quality Control**
- Maintain strict quality standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of rooms and public areas
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions **Team Leadership**
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Ensure team adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures **Laundry & Linen Oversight**
- Monitor linen quality, stock levels, and usage
- Ensure proper handling of uniforms and guest laundry
- _Basic sewing and mending knowledge is a strong advantage_ **Guest Experience**
- Ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally
- Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly
- Support delivery of personalised guest experiences
- Previous experience as a **Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant** in a **4 or 5-star hotel**: - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
- Good organisational and time management skills
- **Basic German (A1+) required** - ability to greet guests and communicate simple requests
- English is an advantage
- EU / Swiss work eligibility preferred **What We Offer**
