Job Overview
Directly reporting to the Learning & Development Manager and working alongside the HR team, the resource will be responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of projects concerning the learning courses for the OverIT Academy. You will closely collaborate with the SMEs to plan and design the product knowledge curriculum, taking into consideration the practices commonly applied to adult learning and the OverIT Academy standards. You will be required to select the most appropriate strategies, methods, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and knowledge transfer.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the LMS Docebo platform and the whole e-learning ecosystem, paying special attention to enhancing the UX;
- Actively take part in the constant improvement of the training offering, by anticipating the needs for skill development and technology innovation, in line with the business evolution and the employee learning experience;
- Conceive and realize dedicated and engaging learning solutions, combining e-learning with in-presence sessions, a blended approach, as well as further specific methods selected based on the goals set (e.g., gamification, video interviews, hands-on courses);
- Ensure the on-time planning of courses and events, as well as implement adequate tools for accessing, managing, and overseeing the courses offered;
- Leverage data to effectively evaluate the impact of the training materials on both employees and company and use key performance indicators to measure the consistency of the learning offering.
Requirements and skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in the learning scenario, with special expertise in digital learning;
- Sound knowledge of the instructional design theories and adult learning practices as well as the ideal method to apply them in the training planning and development;
- Issuance of learning content/materials in a well-structured international context, preferably in IT companies;
- Excellent English, both written and spoken (B2);
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Office products, as well as publishing and tracking learning objects in a LMS platform. Experience with e-learning authoring software;
- Proactive and self-starter approach to work well under your own initiative or in global teams remotely. Capacity to anticipate needs and translate them into training requirements;
- Experience in adult learning processes, passion about technology, and creative and analytical problem-solver approach striving for excellence in a dynamic, cross-functional, and high-energy context.
