What You’ll Own
Operational Excellence
Manage end-to-end property operations across multiple locations in Europe
Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication seamlessly
Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure 5-star experiences
Keep guest satisfaction and review scores consistently high
Revenue & Performance Optimization
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
Monitor local markets, competitor activity, and seasonal trends
Continuously improve processes and operational workflows for efficiency
Use property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to streamline operationsKeep bookings, calendars, and operational data accurate and up-to-date
